Dr. Levine has practiced as clinical neuropsychologist since 1983 and has worked in brain injury rehabilitation centers in Boston, Philadelphia and West Palm Beach as a clinician, chief of neuropsychology and program director. Since beginning his private practice in Florida in 1989, Dr. Levine has specialized in both clinical and forensic assessment services throughout Florida and nationally. He earned board certification in Clinical Neuropsychology (ABPP-ABCN) in 1996.
In 2000, Dr. Levine was recruited to serve as the consulting neuropsychologist at the West Palm Beach Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC). He then served as the Medical Center's half-time neuropsychologist from 2006 until his retirement from government service in May 2018. In this role, he provided clinical services to veterans, consulted to the medical center, and trained and supervised graduate psychology students and interns in neuropsychological assessment.
In early 2017, Dr. Levine was selected to perform neuropsychological examinations to help determine the presence of neurocognitive impairment as part of the Baseline Assessment Program for the Official NFL Concussion Settlement.
